"Decent amount of goat head thorns around. Be prepared to pull them from their paws often. They’re very preventable but unfortunately all it takes is one somewhat unkept yard to spread them."

"We have a community parade for homecoming with all the schools in the school district. Every 4th of July the local fire district firefighters hold a breakfast at the main firehouse. We have car shows and a community center that involves the whole community. Movies in the park that rotate through all the parks to watch. So many other things."

"My commute is peaceful with low traffic. There are very few roads that lead into and out of each neighborhood, which is nice. No one way roads to confuse the flow of traffic, and many neighborhoods connected by very few roadways. When the weather gets bad, the roads stay clean."
