Tips for getting your application approved quickly
Two recent pay stubs and a valid ID must be attached to your application. Please scan in all documents and attach them while applying. We ask that you be prepared with this before you start the application process. If you are unable to attach them, you can fax the documents to us at 415-329-2460. We cannot start the application process until ALL documents are submitted.
There is a $40 application fee to run your credit and background. You must use a debit or credit card for this, no exceptions. No application will be processed without the required $40 fee.
We do run credit, to be considered for a RRP unit there must be no evictions or collections.
Your income level must be 2 1/2 times the rental amount of the property. Example: if the unit is $1100, you must earn $2700 a month to qualify. You can combine incomes but each person must apply separately and pay the $40 fee.
There is a 36 hour turnaround time on all applications received with the proper documentation attached. Please submit everything correctly the first time.
$89 Monthly Utility FEE for: Water, Garbage, Sewer, Security, and Grounds Keeping that will be owed on the 1st of the month and is added to your monthly rent.
Rent $1100 + $89 Monthly Utility Fee = $1,189.00 / a month
*PG&E Not Included in Utility Fee
Small Pets OK. No Section 8 or Housing Programs Accepted
