Ideally located near parks, beaches, and scenic bike paths. Close to Sandpiper Golf Course, Camino Real Marketplace and shopping. Easy freeway access from Storke or Winchester Canyon. Two blocks from Brandon School and less than a mile bike/walk to DP.

The outdoor space includes a built-in brick barbecue and mature, fruit-bearing trees. Interior highlights include refinished hardwood floors, fresh interior paint, and dual-pane windows and sliders throughout. You'd be sharing a bathroom with two others, one of them showers for work at 4 AM and the other one showers around 6 AM and is gone every weekend.

Laundry on site. Street parking, which is very easy in this neighborhood. Rent is $1280 per month Plus $70 utilities per person. Deposit of $1280. Lease term is one year.
