About this House

In addition to the 2 car attached garage, there's a 36 x 16 pole barn that was built in 2007, withelectricity, concrete floor, and an overhead door (with door openers) on each end, and also a nice 12 x 15 shed. Also included in the sale is a newer Generac whole house generator. The seller has never lived in the home, but has provided this helpful information: the crawl space had a water proofing system installed a few years ago, there is electric baseboard heat (in addition to the forced air propane furnace) but the seller doesn't know if it works, the roof was replaced a few years ago.
