3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI wish the county would pour funding into this school and turn it into a more rehabilitative environment - something like High Roads. Instead of SOAR, I think SOS (seek other school) works better.Parent Review2mo ago - Aberdeen High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy issue with this school has more to do with the administration than the teachers. This school year a new VP Caitlin Sieracki was appointed to Bakersfield and I just can’t understand how this woman was promoted? She says all the right things to placate you, but she doesn’t follow through. As an educator myself, I believe strong leadership is essential to creating an environment that is conducive to learning. One can not have a weak leader and expect success. VP Sieracki lacks leadership skills and simply placates situations instead of attempting to resolve them. You can’t please all of the people all of the time. I’m wondering if nepotism played a part in this promotion.Teacher Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 519 Ohio Ct.

"Most parts of Aberdeen (towards the city) are not pretty to look at. Crime is fairly high and most of the neighbors have no consideration when it comes to noise. I wiggle only recommend this area if you didn't have a lot of money to work with. The out skirts aren't too bad. I don't like living here. "
