Small 21 unit community. Everything is upgraded and remodeled.

Did we mentioned that this is the largest and the best 1Bd 1Ba unit that we have available.

We prefer tenants without pets but if you have any, there is a per pet deposit of $100 and per pet rent of $40/month for each of the pets you have: up to two of them. If you have more then two pets, don't you think they may be better at a place that is significantly larger so your place is not so over populated with pets. I am sorry but we cannot let anyone with more than 2 pets live in our apartments.

Rental Qualifications

 a) No evictions
 b) no foreclosures
 c) no money owed to a landlord, property management company, etc.
 d) no unpaid rent
 e) proper 30+ day notice given to your current landlord
 f) no criminal record
 g) no jail tine
 h) no prison sentence
 i) enough money to pay monthly rent plus deposit (that would be $1100 minimum, $550 rent + $550 deposit). deposit depends on rental history.
 j) PROVABLE income in Barstow or the surrounding cities (within 60 miles circle).
 k) income of 2 times the monthly rent (requires two month deposit), preferably 2.5 times the monthly rent (one month deposit, if everything else is correct)
 l) state of California does not allow us to charge more than 2 months of deposit so if you have multiple problems we cannot rent to you.
 m) under 25 years of age require two months deposit.
 n) You have to have a VALID non-expired picture ID issued by the government.

Rent is $550/month on a 12 months lease. Month-to-month is $625 with a minimum of 3 months.
Pet deposit $100/per pet + monthly pet rent: $40/per per (2 pets max)
