Small 21 unit community. upgraded and remodeled. But that is not all. You also get a personal mailbox with your own key. Your personal mail is personal again. Rental Qualifications a) No evictions b) no foreclosures/bankruptcies c) no money owed to a landlord, property management company, etc. d) no unpaid rent e) proper 30+ day notice given to your current landlord f) no criminal record g) no jail time h) no prison sentence i) enough money to pay monthly rent plus deposit (that would be $1050 minimum, $550 rent + $550 deposit). DEPOSIT DEPENDS ON YOUR RENTAL HISTORY. We do not work with the tenant on the deposit. If you cannot save enough money for a move in deposit, you probably cannot pay rent. j) PROVABLE income in Barstow or the surrounding cities (within 60 miles circle). k) income of 2 times the monthly rent (requires two month deposit), preferably 2.5 times the monthly rent (one month deposit, if everything else is correct) l) state of California does not allow us to charge more than 2 months of deposit so if you have multiple problems we cannot rent to you. m) under 25 years of age requires two months deposit. n) You have to have a VALID non-expired picture ID issued by the government. Rent is $550/month on a 12 months lease. Month-to-month is 10% extra with a minimum of 3 months.
