Flooring is tile in all main areas, living room, all bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen. Bedrooms and closets are carpet. Living room has a vaulted ceiling with decorative can lights and a ceiling fan. Kitchen is open to the living room with a large built in bar. Count tops are granite and cabinets are by craftmaid and have an easy care distressed finish. The powder room has a dresser type counter with a marble top. Guest room is large and we have a Queen Murphy bed here which leaves the floor open for extra spacious look. This closet has a tile countertop with a mirror and light for your guest to fix hair and makeup. Master bedroom has a fabulous view of the lake with two sets of doors to access your deck. The master bath has a large marble shower, sunken jetted tub, and a dresser type marble sink counter. The bathroom also has a electric fireplace. The large walk-in master closet features a marble vanity with a led lighted mirror and cabinet for storage. Plenty of hanging space for clothes and we have three dressers for clothing and it is still not crowded! The decks are newly stained this summer and have freshly painted metal railing. The yard is virtually carefree with grass look turf and pavers. Also a shuffleboard court for hours of fun. The property is lined with a appropriate 80 foot wood dock. The driveway is concrete and large enough many golf carts or cars! Garage is nicely oversized and room for several vehicles. 8
