All this is included for the $1150.00 per month rental fee. $1500 security deposit, a 12 month lease and a $35.00 background check fee is required prior to move in. Includes water, sewer, trash, satellite TV and wi-fi. The $500.00 security deposit, first and last month's rent due at lease signing for a total move in cost of $2,400.

    "I am an airline pilot and I need access to major airports in order to commute to work. Both St Pete (PIE) and Tampa International (TPA) are 25 to 30 minute drives away from my beach house. My wife worked in downtown St. Pete for a while and her drive was 20-25 minutes with commuter traffic. Car insurance premiums are a little higher in Florida than other places I have lived. "
