This is a 2story townhouse.
You have full and private accommodations with your own front entrance to the main and upper floors exclusively and private use of the attached garage. It says it's a 2 car garage but honestly only 1 of today's SUVs will fit and there is plenty of additional parking steps from the house.
Enter through the front door courtyard or adjacent garage to the main level where you will find a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities, a six-burner stove top and double wall ovens making it easy cooking for large groups or individual meals.
Come together at the large dining table with eight captains chairs, cathedral ceiling living room with a huge gas fireplace stone wall and a 65 in television. Windows up to the ceiling give you great views to the backside of Powder Mountain.
There's a small deck off the kitchen which is great for morning coffee or winding down after a full day, with stairs that lead directly down to the hot tub which is private to the house.
Off the kitchen is a common use powder room. there is also a King bed suite with Woolrich bedding, reading chair and a TV armoire. The ensuite full bathroom has both a stall shower and jetted tub, that leads to the separate WC and a walk-in clothing closet.

Climb up the art filled staircase to a reading and computer area we call The Nook, with many of our eclectic reading and home to all our travel books. This is where the washer and dryer are hidden behind great double doors.

Next to The Nook, is a large king bed full suite, with its own fireplace, hotel style kitchenette- mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, glasses, plates, etc This room also has its own front door and private staircase. Great views of Ben Lomond, and a big ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a two-person jetted tub and a and a two-person rain stall shower.

Across from this room is a queen bedroom that lofts over the downstairs living room. Open the plantation style shuttered window way for those spectacular views of the back of Powder Mountain and the top of Ben Lomond.

Next is a room with 2 single beds with adult length.

Between these 2 rooms is another full bathroom with a standard tub and shower.

The complex offers a small gym facility with game room (ping pong, air hockey)
a community hot tub, and pool in season.
Entry key cards are hung by the front door.
Garage door opener is on the kitchen table with other pertinent information.

Quite time in our complex is before 7am and after 10pm.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOME INCLUNING OUR PERSONAL OUTDOOR SPACES,
Take it out to the street and throw your butts in the dumpster. Don't even bring them into the house trash. I'll know in an instant!
