The LEASE must be signed within 48 hours of approved applications as well. Approval is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, total monthly income, and criminal background. $110.00 admin fee is due with first month's rent. Renter's insurance & Liability to Landlord insurance are REQUIRED. Tenants can provide these through any approved insurance company. If tenants do not provide prior to lease start date, a monthly fee of $15 will be charged, per tenant, for Liability to Landlord insurance.

Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Every person 18 or older is required to place a separate application. There is a one-time $110 move-in admin fee, which is due with the first month's rent. Only applications through Better Homes and Gardens will be acceptable forms of application. This home can only be held for a lease start date that is up to 2 weeks from the date that the application is approved (if applicable) by our office and IF the security deposit is paid and a lease is signed within 48 hours of approval.
