Great location for enjoying all that the beautiful Ventura Beaches have to offer! This well thought out house is close to the pristine sandy beach of Mandalay Beach in Oxnard Shores. This home is ideal for family/couple get aways and close to markets, restaurants, movies, bars, and more. Unwind and relax in your spacious accommodations or fire up the barbecue after kayaking the local harbor and building sand castles by the sea.

UTILITIES - City of Oxnard /SoCal Edison. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period. An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge. Renters insurance required. No smoking of anything , no parties and no grow lights. Unit is rented out in as-is condition.

 NO PETS Pets are NOT permitted on the property under any conditions unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $750 minimum. Additional Pet fees may apply up to $950/per pet, depending on the size and breed. UNAUTHORIZED FILMING - if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.

Unit is rented out in as-is condition. $10,500 a month

We may ask to verify adequate income through verification process, employment history for 6+ months, favorable debt to income ratio, no bankruptcy, no prior evictions, etc.
