Full deposit is due up front pending any and all necessary credit and history checks. There is a NO SMOKING POLICY. The first agreed lease must be at least 1 year . Any and all maintenance issues brought up will be brought to the landlord and repairs and reimbursements will be discussed. If found in violation of pet clause, then the deduction will be automatically taken from your deposit.
