    "everybody in the neighborhood owns a dog and walks them about everyday with no issues. Dogs are more than welcome in our neighborhood. All dogs stay on a leash while being walked. Southside has a leash law. "

Very little traffic, with no through traffic. This neighborhood is considered Southside, but is very convenient to Rainbow City, and shopping. "
