Great location in a quiet neighborhood and on the free bus route. Only 3 minutes to Park City Mountain resort (on the epic pass), on the Canyons Village side. 8 minutes to Deer Valley ski resort (on the Ikon pass) and Old Town. The cottonwoods for skiing: Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, & Brighton resorts are 45 minutes away. Snowbasin and Power Mountain are 45 minutes away as well.
Our house is our primary home, so it will have a home feel and touch. Looking for a family who will respect our primary home as their own. We can negotiate a well-behaved pet, we have a small doggie door and a fenced backyard. A garage that fits one car and plenty of room for gear storage. More parking in the driveway. Utilities are included for up to $500/month. Fast fiber internet for remote work and school! Please send me a message.
