    "The neighborhood has a neighborhood watch group that is continuously having meetings and keeping everyone abreast of the neighborhood activities. There is an elementary school right around the corner from the house which has open play grounds and enclosed playgrounds during recess. There's plenty of public transportation within walking distance from the house and the neighborhood is very clean. Wonderful neighbors too!!"
