Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in one of Riverside's safest and most desirable neighborhoods, the home offers a fully fenced yard and garden for kids or pets to play or adults to relax, plus a dedicated 4x8 outdoor storage shed for luggage, strollers, sports gear, or work equipment, especially helpful since there is no garage.

The driveway fits two cars easily, with additional street parking in front.

Inside, you get vintage charm with practical updates: a bright open living and dining area, a fully stocked kitchen with classic tile countertops, fast Wi Fi, a work friendly spot for charting or Zoom calls, and a full size washer and dryer just outside in back.

Everything is set up for 1 6 month stays (longer stays are welcome), including quality linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. Utilities, Wi Fi, and gardening service are included for simple budgeting, and you are only minutes from UC Riverside, Riverside Community Hospital, Parkview, Canyon Crest Towne Centre, parks, groceries, coffee shops, and quick access to the 60 and 91 freeways.

There is a separate casita on the property with its own private entrance that is not included in this rental; both spaces are designed for privacy.

Flexible mid term lease terms are available, with tiered pricing based on length of stay.

Lease terms are flexible and designed for mid term renters. Pets are allowed, a $350 non refundable pet fee per pet for stays up to 6 months; for guests with multiple pets, a blended flat pet fee can be considered case by case.

Lease duration can range from 1 month up to 12 months, with pricing adjusted based on length of stay. Monthly rates generally fall between $4,500 and $5,150, with shorter, more flexible stays priced toward the higher end of that range. Utilities, Wi Fi, and gardening service are included in the rent.

The home is strictly non smoking (inside), and all applicants are subject to background and income verification. Maximum recommended occupancy is 5 6 people.

It’s nice to walk around the shopping center. there is a local dog groomer that is priced well, they leave water outside to passers by, and the apartment complexes nearby keep their grounds well. We have two small pugs and they enjoy the area. There is a large park called andulka, just down the street that is a couple blocks long, and they usually host special events there. "
