  • Smith171819
"The Monroe Ave. area has a lot of crime. it is not safe and the cops are always in the neighborhood. there's also a trailer park at the end of Monroe that has a ton of overdoses. i wish i would've done more research on this neighborhood before moving me and my kids to this street. "
  • Ameliaperkins408
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 3 years now. I have learned that most of the older crowd that live in this neighborhood care more about how our street looks and they tend to keep our community nice and neat. While the other renters younger crowd tend to try and ruin and mess up our neighborhood. they tend to get the cops called on them more. so we stick to ourselves usually. its not that bad of a community though. "
  • Fabco402712
