"The commute in the neighborhood is very good there is traffic in the morning which is normal work traffic and also traffic in the afternoon between 3 and 4 which is worth traffic as well"
  • Trulia User
"The neighborhood has some truly spectacular old Tudor, story book, and Victorian homes built in the late late 1800’s and early 1900’s. They’re so beautiful!!! These are homes that were built to last, with concrete and plaster, the way they used to build back in the day. This could be a really lovely, upscale place to live. There’s an excellent golf course and country club (Maketewah) right down the street from me. And Avon Field golf course is only a five minute drive from my house, which is awesome. But the neighborhood lacks diversity, and the city really needs to clean up the crime. A guy down the block cased our house and burglarized us a couple of years ago. "

"Everyone is very friendly highly recommend living in area quiet nice area to raise a family we have a community council "
  • Queen P. C.
"Keep your kids safe people shoot guns out here and people steal. It’s overall a good neighborhood but don’t trust anyone "
  • Queen P. C.
"Great access to public transportation but I have my own car and it’s very helpful to get around. My "
  • Jay J.
"I live in a working family neighborhood. In the one year I have lived here. I have heard gun fire at night 4x. "
  • Kay M. P.
"there's 2 udfs and a corner store with a mile, Norwood post office within 2 miles. I walk instead of taking my car to stay in shape."
  • Wenonajohnson56
"Neighbors look out for the children to make sure they are safe. The schools in the neighborhood are good and safe."
  • Lisa G.
"I grew up in bond hill I take care my mom and dad this area since 1975 we love the way look out for each other i trying to move back out here I feel safe please help me move back out here"
  • Maurette S. f.
"There’s always something happening at the recreation center. People are friendly here and try to be helpful. The schools are connected to the recreation centers so that school age children can have a safe place to stay. The area is very quiet. Although, it isn’t the best looking part of town—the older model homes make up for the appearance. People here really try hard to keep up the neighborhood. I sometimes see people walk their dogs in the neighborhood. Kids can walk safely to school and take the bus to school. There’s a metro system here. Downtown Cincinnati isn’t too far from my home. "
  • To M. C. T.
"It boarders with Norwood and the refuse to blacktop their side of the streets. We have bike lanes which are totally cool. "
  • Robinwheeler35
"the homes in Bond Hill are craftmen or English tudor architect. all have their own unique style. most homes are almost close to 100 years old. I love my home."
  • Robert w.
"Before I moved here people told me that it was a bad area. I have had no problems and everyone is friendly. I am constantly outside, coming and going so if there was trouble going on I would find it. Visit and walk around, talk to residents who actually live here before giving it a bad name."
