Custom built home by myself, a general contractor, for my family. This home is a single story, raised foundation home with a 550 square foot garage with an 18' wide garage door (laundry area, FAU, WH, significant storage area and work bench area in garage) with front and rear recessed entrys. Exterior has 30 year comp. roof and stucco walls with faux stone veneer and columns. It has a masonry fire place with an ash dump and clean out, 200 amp main electrical panel, 100 amp sub-panel, wired in conduit and has a burgler alarm suystem. All interior walls, floors and ceiling insulated. Has 5/8 type "X" fire rated drywall. It has solid oak wood cabinets through out. It has concrete based tile in the front and rear entry, the bathroom floors, counters and shower, the kitchen floor and counters, the dining room floor and counters (coved counter tile at horizontal to verticle changes). Kitchen has a walk in pantry. Baths have cast iron/porcelan tubs with Century shower doors and tile shower walls. Yard has solid grouted five foot slump block masonry walls and concete patio.. Land scape is mature with eight palm trees and other mature trees that provide privacy. This is probably the newest single story home in the Shores.
