Description

We are renting out our private bedroom & bathroom upstairs for one person.

We have a nice ranch style home in a small town just on the outskirts of Monroe, North Carolina. Our home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms with ample space and a nice yard and with a wooded area just behind the home.

Monroe is a genuinely nice southern town that has a hometown feel. In North Carolina, we have nice wide beaches and some incredibly beautiful mountains.
Both of us work around the farm these days, so there is usually someone always home.

The town of Monroe is very small, but only a 25 minute drive to Charlotte the largest city in North Carolina.
We are remarkably close to Parkwood High School, South Piedmont Community College, Central Piedmont Community College, and Wingate University.

The road that we live on is usually quiet at night and we enjoy watching the satellites, aircraft and meteorites at night sitting in the backyard where we have a small firepit for enjoying country life.

I think that you will enjoy your time here with us.

You will have your own private room and bathroom on the second floor and plenty of space to relax. We have high-speed WiFi in the house so you can connect with friends and family back home.

Please come and stay with us and enjoy your life in North Carolina.

No smoking or vaping inhalers.

No guns of any kind. No ammunition of any kind. No weapons of any kind. .
No sub-letting.
Overnight guests are limited to six (6) nights per month.
No pets.
Keep the kitchen area clean for all to use.
Wash and clean dishes after each meal. No leftover plates in the sink.
Keep the common areas clean.
No sharing personal items.
Be conscientious of the other renter's property and their well-being.
No use of homeowner's business area or equipment.
Quiet Hours: between 10:00pm till 7:00am.
Background and Credit Card Check Fee: $30.00
