The original garage was converted into a luxurious master bedroom, huge walk in closet and bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, glass and tile walk in shower and the toilet has it's own room. The kitchen comes with newer black appliances and a walk in pantry that is also the laundry room. The bigger master suites also includes a wood stove which is sufficient to heat that section of the house for the winter. The house has so much natural light coming in with sky lights in the kitchen! Newer floors in the original part of the house. There is also a 900sf garage/shop with a second fridge should you need it. There is ample parking in the garage, around the property, plenty of room for an RV and/or boat. There are two porches, front and back. In the backyard there is a concrete patio with a fire pit. Backyard is fully fenced. Renter will be in charge of paying for all utilities. Yard maintenance will be maintained by the landlord. Pets are a case by case basis. Message with any questions!

Ramsey park is very close with many amenities including multiple sport fields, dog park, library, pool, children’s play area, bbq areas, skating park and a hiking trail. Payson is a vey outdoorsy place with 35 hiking trail around the city limits and many, many more trails, water areas, camping etc. Truly an outdoor persons dream place."

If you love 4 seasons and the outdoors this is one of the best places to live. And if you don’t like the current weather you can wait 15 mins or drive 15 mins in any direction and it will change. "
