Off street parking for 2. Tenant responsible for electrical, city water and any cable/satellite fees and also responsible for yard maintenance to keep property in top condition. City disposes of garbage and recycling. Small Animals excepted with $400 non-refundable deposit for each animal(max 2 animals). Application required for credit and background check. You can walk to Two convenience stores and a few restaurants, a comic shop, a brew pub and a few other things. Far enough away from Asheville to be enjoyable but close enough to get there if nerd be.
