Occupancy Restrictions:
Only individuals specifically named as Tenants or approved occupants in the Lease are permitted to reside in the Property. Any occupancy by additional persons, whether temporary or permanent, without the prior written consent of the Owner shall constitute a material breach of the Lease and may result in enforcement actions, including termination of tenancy, as permitted under Arizona law.
