Additionally, our home is only about a 10-minute walk to the RTD Light Rail, offering convenient access for commuting into the city. Home offers tons of storage, a one-car garage, updated A/C, and is extremely energy efficient, including a convenient laundry closet with washer and dryer. Area for south facing garden beds, back patio, detached bonus room perfect for an office, home gym, yoga studio, or creative space, and large fenced in backyard.

Owners pay water, renters are responsible for gas and electric. One pet negotiable per lease. We also will require an initial vetting process, which includes us (the owners) meeting the animal. 12 month minimum lease. Furnishings in home available for additional charge (or purchase). No smoking allowed. $3500 security deposit and $300 pet deposit (if applicable) due at signing.
