Home offers tons of storage, a one-car garage, updated A/C, and is extremely energy efficient, including a convenient laundry closet with washer and dryer. Area for south facing garden beds, back patio, detached bonus room perfect for an office, home gym, yoga studio, or creative space, and large fenced in backyard.

Owners pay water and trash collection, renters are responsible for gas and electric. 12 month minimum lease. One pet per household, no smoking allowed. $3500 security deposit due at signing. Renters are provided lawn care equipment, or can pay an additional fee for a lawn service.
