All bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and are hard-wired for Internet with Google Fiber service. Bedding will be provided. The property is 12 mins to downtown at less than 3.5 miles up South First, with easy access to I-35, 360 and Mopac via Highway 290. Backyard is spacious and well shaded. Smallest side of backyard features a gate that can be closed to serve as a dog run, which has been filled in with river pebbles to help keep puppy paws from getting muddy! Washer and Dryer on prem. Utilities and services included in rent: pest control and lawn care. If you have any additional questions about the property, please feel free to contact me.

Tenant is responsible for establishing electricity, internet, gas and trash services. We can provide the necessary information if needed.

Optional house cleaning service available for an additional $150 per cleaning. Can establish monthly, weekly or bi-weekly service.

We are currently unable to work with realtors seeking commission from a rental agreement at this time.

Standard application process applies, including background, income verification and credit check. Selection will be made based upon satisfactory review of these criteria.

The location is great, with access to Ben White, Mopac, I-35 and South First is a straight run into downtown. There are two bus stops within a block. The house is located in between Central Market and Southpark Meadows and four movie theaters are 5 minutes away."
