"Love Arrowhead. Great neighbors, HOA, and especially quick and easy commute to everything without the hustle and bustle. I can be at the mall, movie theater, restaurants, gas stations, grocery, hardware, pharmacy, and everything I need via back roads in under 8 minutes. Not to mention family and friends enjoy the convenient pool and well outfitted and maintained rec center with us. This year they put in Pickleball courts. It's a peaceful and quiet respite but a quick drive to Rts 17, 30, 544 and 501 if I wander. "
  • Trulia User
"I was opposed to HOAs until I experienced first hand the one that manages the Villages in the Arrowhead Golf and Country Club subdivision. They definitely foster a sense of community for residents and will help any way they can to maintain and improve what residents desire for their neighborhood. The golf course is an added perk for beautiful, year round green views and assures there is no flooding with fountains, ponds, and the expertly graded and landscaped areas enveloping the stress free living here. It's not located in the busy city of Myrtle Beach and is a quick and ez drive to the ocean."
  • Trulia User
"A quick drive through the Arrowhead Golf and Country Club neighborhood tells it all. Residents of the various "Villages" there take pride in their personal properties and the HOA maintains the common areas extremely well. Lit sidewalks throughout add to the safety, and comradery neighbors enjoy and more events are popping up every year to continue to build the important sense of community we all desire."
  • Trulia User
"Was opposed to HOAs for years until moving to the Villages of Arrowhead Golf and Country Club neighborhood. That HOA's willing to do whatever they can to make the community more attractive and a joy to its residents. The rec area's extremely well managed and updated consistently. The close proximity to the golf course assures excellent grading, ponds, and mature landscaping which prevents flooding and offers a year round green view. More events are popping up and have added to the holiday fun and the comradery residents feel in this quiet slice of living close to the beach and intercoastal"
  • Trulia User
"Arrowhead Golf and Country Club is a quiet, friendly area tucked away in Horry County and not in the city of Myrtle Beach so not to be confused with Myrtle Beach stats, traffic and construction. A short drive to the hustle and bustle of ocean front is merely an added perk."
  • Janice Valentino
"Great neighbors and beautiful surroundings "
  • Lisa Eoff
"Lots of traffic and construction . Have lived here for 27 years. Very congested especially in the summer time and building everywhere. "

  • Jenny Collins
"Parade of fire trucks at Christmasand everyone comes out and lines the sidewalk to watch and hear the music and wave at Santa at the very end, Halloween decorations are a big deal and everyone loves to get together for yard sale’s "
  • Mjordan
"Lovely residential golf community conveniently located to shopping, schools, parks and sightseeing. Homes are located on sizable lots in a park like setting. Most homes back to the golf course."
  • Ju2003

  • Lizzy
"Families in the Clear Pond Subdivision in Myryle Beach SC 29579 are attentive to their children. Many walk and stay with their younger kids when the school bus picks them for classes. The kids are well behaved as well."

"Fast and easy with minimal traffic or stop lights. Allows for easy travel between Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle and Little River. "
  • Perri Adams
"A dog park would be nice to add to the neighborhood. I think it would make a great addition to the neighborhood "
  • Dakota Kennedy
"The commute to and from work is a little hectic during tourist season but still okay. What takes 12 minutes in the off season takes about 20 during the on season. I just plan accordingly."
  • Viviana Mayoli-Croissiert
"I lived here for 3 years very nice and accesible to everything Myrtle beach south strand is preferred "
  • Kennedy.martins23
"Dude, my neighborhood is awesome! It’s got everything—cool spots to hang out, friendly people, and a vibe that just feels like home. You can find great food, parks to chill, and even some hidden gems if you know where to look. And the best part? The traffic isn’t too bad! Sure, it gets a little busy sometimes, but nothing crazy. You can get around pretty easily, whether you’re driving, biking, or just walking. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy being outside. Honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anywhere else!"
  • N2jmcbggv7
