What Locals Say about Mid-Govans

  • bandrathy
"I am a single male living off of Woodbourne and York. I bought a house in pretty nice condition for a pretty good price, the neighborhood is friendly for the most part. I have never had any trouble with anyone here. Parking is pretty decent and I am within walking distance to belvedere square. Looking forward to catching flicks up at the Senator. This neighborhood is extremely under rated. It's close to Charles Village and Hampden and has it's own unique character. I would definitely recommend this area for people who are just starting out."
