"marvin creek is the best neighborhood with great amenities , walking tails two school and very convent to 485 and Ballantyne. my kids love to walk to starbucks and Andy's ice cream shop. Neighbors are kind and friendly and a great mix of school aged, middle and high kids and also preschool kids."
