About this House

Great location, 2 blocks off downtown Madison! It has totally been upgraded thru and thru, it was set up for an air bnb so it has much more room then most 2 bedroom homes. Eat in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, dining room/game room, AND a living room, 2 1/2 bathrooms, New flooring, no carpet, great for allergies and pets. Worth a looksy.
The best way to get ahold of me is to text, no calls or emails please.

1 year lease, security deposit $1250. Pet deposit will be $1000 and $25 a month. It does have a privacy fenced yard, big enough for my great pyrenees, inside and out! All the utilities are the tenants responsibility.
