About this House

Lots of improvements. Fully fenced back yard with gates on east and west side of the home. Nearly 1000 sq ft cement patio. Sprinkler system in front and back. Basement at about 95% complete. In 2016, replaced furnace and 74 gallon water heater, added water softener, attic fan, wifi smart thermostat, and new AC. In 2017, replaced all flooring except for Master bedroom. Upstairs common areas are LVP. Carpet in all three bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is carpeted, and the bathroom is tiled. In 2020, added granite countertops and granite composite drop sink in kitchen. Really a great home with lots of outdoor entertainment space for a family needing six bedrooms. Many smart-home features including smart LED bulbs through most of the main floor and porch, Ring doorbell on the front door and motion sensor/light/camera covering the back yard. Motion sensor and camera in the garage.

Now, there’s a traffic jam on almost every street at least once a day. Crime has gone up. It’s noisy. All the beautiful fields and pretty open spaces are filled up with ugly, cookie cutter subdivisions. It used to be a lovely place."
