"Still a small town, but growing and with that comes all the negative things, especially traffic and overloaded schools "

"I used to live in the neighborhood when I was younger and I had a good experience. But when I moved back there is a lot of bad driving and people making comments that are not needed."
  • Amanda
"Buses suck sultan only uses Monroe’s buses they don’t have their own transportation. Can’t use Lyft or Uber because no one out here does it "

  • Nan W.
"This is a great neighborhood! Quiet, great for kids, retirees, young couples, friendly neighbors from all walks of life. Close to most amenities and recreation. Lived here more than 20 years."
  • Robin S.
"I live in the great little city of Sultan. I would recommend it to anyone who is tired of the hustle/bustle/congestion of the city. It's not quite the country, and it's not quite "city", but the city is not too far away if you want a night out. The people who live here are very community oriented and friendly as a whole. From Toastmasters, Red Hat groups, the Senior Center, Boys and Girls Club, Winter's Lake Club and many other activities, you will find something for everyone. I love being a part of it! There is access to fishing, hunting, boating, hiking, close to skiing and snow sports during the winter, and more. Overall, this is a great place to live, raise a family and retire to."
