About this House

Freshly renovated rental in Salida just a quick bike ride from downtown and the river! This unit has new paint, new flooring, new light fixtures and ceiling fans, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and more. Includes a spacious garage with automatic opener plus driveway parking, a fenced backyard with a deck, and laundry room with washer and dryer provided. This unit is the upper floor of a duplex, with second unit in the basement. The second unit will be empty most of the time, but we will be there sometimes to snowboard, hot spring, do FiBArk along with home maintenance. The laundry and backyard are shared spaces for both units. Utilities included are electric, gas, water, sewer, trash and recycling. Tenant is responsible for yard upkeep. We are looking for long term tenants and would like to start off with a 6 month lease and go from there!

-6 month lease with potential for longer lease in the future
-No Smoking inside and No cigarettes outside either
-tenant is responsible for yard maintenance and snow removal. Owners will help with these tasks when we are present.
