    "This area is very safe so far and when there has been any unusual activity which has been rare, the Police respond within 10 minutes. Just across Belt Line Rd. is the prestigious community of Sunnyvale with homes up in the millions so I expect this area to hold and increase in value partially due to Sunnyvale. Over the 16 years I have lived here I have been very pleased with the area and the neighborhood, and would not hesitate to recommend it for anyone including my own relatives. "
