Tenant pays for W/S/G (city utilities) and PG&E and WIFI
Landscape / Garden maintenance 1x quarter is included
Tenants must carry renters insurance.
Parking for bicycles available in garage or in fenced yard.

Monthly rent: $3585 for 3 people or $3600 for 4 people. Applications required for each person 18 and over, Co-signers will be considered. $50/applicant.
