Renter must adhere to all City of Keller ordinances. No long-term parking in street (up to 3 days). Trash cans must be stored out of site. All application fees as well as credit check and background screening services are paid by tenant and are non-refundable.     "My commute is not long and traffic is not too bad. The main highways do get congested at high travel times but if you work around it you will not have a huge problem. Plan to travel around rush hour if possible. If your able to afford it I would recommend using the ez pass area on the highways, it will save you time. "
