"Very easy with great transportation option. Friendly but nosey people in this area. Great area to raise children, but rent is going up here"
  • Trulia User
" Well, it used to be perfect. l've lived in this neighborhood 42 years. I never had any fears going for a night time walk. Ever since all these apartments got built, crime going on all the time. From theft, home invasions, to a poor 71 woman attacked during the day time. We need more police presence. Half of the car breaking aren't even reported. It used to feel like a lovely small home town. Please get the coyotes relocated. Bobcats too! I want my warm, safe, neighborhood back. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s friendly and the people are nice. Great neighborhood also great restaurants and shopping districts "
  • Yvonne M.
"I live close by I'll take my kids to the park all the time or family gathering or barbque at Kiwanis "
  • ge92103
"You have just about everything within a mile; parks, restaurants, pubs, grocery, burrito shops, small retail, large retail, specialty shops, athletic fields, schools, and a lake. You can walk everywhere. "
