Grass and fully landscaped backyard. May consider a small, crate trained, non-shedding dog for an additional fee but preferably no pets. Asking $1100/month. First month rent and deposit of $1100 required, plus $250 cleaning fee. References and income verification a must. Looking for the perfect family to take care of our clean home! Available June 1st.Will consider short term lease. Refridgerator and Washer/dryer are not included. Owner pays HOA fees. $250 cleaning fee, first month's rent and deposit required upon move-in.
