Every applicant will go through our standard screening process, which includes a background check, credit review, income verification, and verification of rental history with the current landlord. All individuals over the age of 18 that will be living on the property need to submit their own application for background, income, and rental verification purposes. Applicants are required to have a monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount. Please provide 3 months of paystubs to ensure that your income can be fully verified. We do not accept bank statements as proof of income.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and $75/month water fee.

Cats are welcome, but no dogs. *There is a $300 non-refundable pet deposit and a $35 monthly pet fee per pet.

Upon approval, the security deposit will reserve the property exclusively for the approved applicant until the scheduled move-in date. If the applicant is approved for the move-in and does not take possession by the scheduled move-in date, the security deposit will be forfeited.

The application fee is $65. If approved, there is a $99 admin fee due at lease signing.
