Available for move in August 1st. These are brand new, and we have another 2bedroom unit available as well as other 1bed/1baths units for move ins in August.
Step through your front door and be greeted with 12ft ceilings, a modern open floor plan, custom kitchen with quartz counters, stainless appliances, exposed original brick and beams, and a stackable in unit high efficiency washer and dryer.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities, and there is no smoking in the unit or on property. Application and 12 month lease is required. Deposit is equal to 1 months rent, we also allow pets but require a $350 pet deposit. Up to 1 pet per apartment.
Open to full time yearly lease/renters.
Renter is responsible for all utilities and WiFi. First months rent and security deposit are due at signing. No smoking allowed on property. Only 1 pet per apartment, as a part of out pet policy.
Owner pays for trash, tenant is responsible for power, wifi, and water/sewer. $350 one time non refundable pet fee, and onepet per apartment.
