About this House

This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 Bathroom 1,300 sqft. apartment located 2 blocks from the square in Downtown Bainbridge. Available for move in August 15th.

Step through your front door and be greeted with a modern open floor plan, multiple sky lights, custom kitchen with quartz counters, stainless appliances, exposed original brick and beams, and a stackable in unit high efficiency washer and dryer.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities, and there is no smoking in the unit or on property. Application and 12 month lease is required. Deposit is equal to 1 months rent, we also allow pets but require a $350 pet deposit. Up to 1 pet per apartment.

Open to full time yearly lease/renters.

Renter is responsible for all utilities and WiFi. First months rent and security deposit are due at signing. No smoking allowed on property. Only 1 pet per apartment, as a part of out pet policy.

Owner pays for trash, tenant is responsible for power, wifi, and water/sewer. $350 one time non refundable pet fee, and onepet per apartment. High efficiency Washer and dryer is included in unit and off street parking is available on site. Tenant able to pay $50/ month to have designated covered parking space.

    "This is a very nice neighborhood. It's extremely quiet, I mean, it's rare that you hear anything other than lawmowers and sprinklers. Good neighbors, mix of older and younger residents. Very, very safe. No crime here at all. The area is a circle and is excellent for walking. It's pet friendly, although there is the occasional dog or two roaming at times, but none are vicious. Overall, this is one of the very best neighborhoods in Bainbridge. It's just unreal at how quiet it is. I love it!"
