Room Description

I have a private finished basement room available for rent in a clean, quiet home. This room would be a great fit for a college student, traveling health care worker, or working professional. I am looking for someone clean, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces. All applicants will be required to provide identification and references, undergo a background check, and show proof of their ability to pay rent.

The roommate will have one private bedroom and access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, washer and dryer. The home includes free internet and off street parking. The room is ideal for someone responsible, clean, and respectful. Utilities are not included in the rent and will be split equally among all roommates. The deposit is one month of rent.

Lease term is 1-6 months.
Background & credit check required.
First month's rent and a security deposit are required before move in.
No smoking or illegal drugs inside house. Only allowed to smoke in the backyard.
No large gatherings or parties.

Gone through countless managers with everyone promising to make a change and the only thing that changes is the staff. Nothing gets fixed and the current office manager is rude. There is a serious rodent issue that everybody ignores and continually sends the insect companies to spray just so they can say they are doing something. Can’t wait to leave!!!"
