Unwind in the great room just off the kitchen with a 65-inch Samsung Frame Smart TV and Sonos sound beam. The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped, and leads into a laundry room with cozy workspace. The master bedroom is peaceful and serene with a king bed, walk-in closet, and adorable retro bathroom with stand up shower and rainfall shower head. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed that can be expanded into a king. The third bedroom is set up with a queen bed and additional workspace. The front and backyard are yours to enjoy, with multiple sitting areas, a gas fireplace and firepit, and heated pool and hot tub. The fully enclosed front yard is one our favorite places to relax under the shade of our giant Aleppo pine tree!

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."
