Morton Plant Hospital (excellent) w/in neighborhood.. 3 causeways crossing to Tampa (Airprt) & 1 causeway to Brandenton/Sarasota at 20-40 min. Sports stadiums easy w/in 45 minute drive + off season pro-training. Support of all the Fine Arts is excellent as well as entertainment of all interests. UniversityCollege and Comm Colleges w/in easy drive: 10 min-40 minutes. Disney World w/in 1 hour. East coast is 4-5 hour drive. All faith/worship exits. People are motivated to meet and greet into area and this is an easy purchase home should one have the means to afford."
