Worst school ever. Standards are very low which is good bc my child is well below in state level. (2 grades level) Also this school will lie to you. Yes they will tell ya the truth alot but they definitely lie. I'm glad they can make a child feel so unwanted I wish I never had to allow my child to go to this school. Seeing how I can't take my child to another school bc I can't transport my child now I'm looking to move so my child can go to a better school or a least back to Northwoods where my child was doing good at

My child has been to 5 different districts in 3 different states and this school has been the worst one attended, BY FAR. -- 1. The majority of the teachers do not teach or engage; they expect the children to use the online programs to teach themselves while the teachers text on their phones. The ones that do try and teach are so caught up trying to counter students' awful behavior, the students that are there to learn get forgotten about. 2. Administration addresses NOTHING of actual concern. After countless contact with administration about a teacher harassing my child, I was finally able to get the situation dealt with after threatening to press criminal charges and drag every administrator down into it with the teacher. 3. Administration punishes students for advocating for themselves when situations are ignored over and over. If the teacher doesn't handle a situation, then an administrator doesn't handle a situation, what are students supposed to do? -- Obviously all children are not interested or excited about school, but there are children that are. School should be a safe place to go, an escape, somewhere inviting, what ever a child needs it to be. This school falls short in every way possible. How a school becomes filled with adults in charge who don't care about bettering a child, who don't care about even moving in a better direction, is mind blowing.

This school does not regard personal medical information. I submitted an important medical document, the school front office, and nusre lost it. There are more mediocre teachers than good ones. There are better options, than North Side. Do your research. I urge you to document every time you submit any documentation because the front office is very complacent, based on my personal experience. BEWARE!!!!
