About this House

Tenant moving out end of July, do not disturb tenant. Property can be shown beginning of August, you are welcome to walk or drive by the property to get a feel for the neighborhood and you can call me and I can answer any questions. There is a community pool/jacuzzi directly across the street and it is a very quiet, well maintained HOA, since they are very strict on their rules.

Condo has been in our family for about 20 years. It has newer dual paned windows, central heat and air renewed in the last couple years. I live a couple blocks away and am able to handle anything that comes up immediately. Current couple are moving to a retirement community, but have loved it here. The master is VERY large and could accommodate a small office in it also. Two full bathrooms and 1/4 bath downstairs. Kitchen is not red any longer, this is an older picture.

Electricity, Gas, Water and Trash not included in lease price.
