The cover is 20 by 40, and the water tank is 5050 gallons. The building is not insulated, and the septic tank is a 570-gallon tank with 30+ feet of perforated pipe and lat line. All sales go through the title company and can take 45 days on or before, depending on the heavy schedule of the title company. We will gladly take you there and show you the property.       "ALPINE is extremely animal friendly for pet lovers. Openly keel your fur babies with you wherever you go, just be sure to take baggies with you and pick up any of their droppings. There are beautiful walking trails and gorgeous sunsets and the most amazing night skies. Also we have a couple of great veterinarians here in town."
