Poor administration that doesn’t communicate with one another, kids suffer the consequences. Teacher turnover rate is extremely high. When signing my kids up for classes the past 3 years we have had a hard time finding teachers for them to take because so many people leave and so many new people come in. Impressive history, choral, and math department. My kids learn here but the teacher turnover rate is a problem and my kids are sick of never connecting with their teacher because the teacher is usually planning on leaving.

Two of my kids go here, both of them with speech concerns and one with learning and attention concern. this school has done amazing thing to work out of the box to help them learn and helping them be responsible for what they do and don't do. great work teachers!! Were moving so I'm really sad they wont be going here next year.

I attended this school in 2021. I didn't even finish the school year because of how awful my experience was. I was heavily bullied, and staff did nothing about it, even when I would go to the front office/counselors in tears. They did not take me seriously. One particular experience I'll never forget is when I was waiting for my bus after school, and a group of boys approached me and started disrespecting my family, making fun of the way I look, calling me slurs, etc. It got to the point I pushed one of the boys and told him to leave me alone. And I got in trouble, not him. They did not hold him accountable whatsoever, and I wasn't the only person he was doing this to. Some time passes, and they make him student of the month despite the fact not only me, but my friends and countless others would go to the office trying to report his behavior. I did not feel safe or welcomed at this school. The racism was THROUGH THE ROOF. I hope the school has changed since then, but I wouldn't be surprised if it has stayed the same.
