Coleman heat pump Heat/ Air conditioning. GE washer & Dryer units in own room with shelves above units.
All major appliances work great, Kenmore counter top 4 burner stove, Kenmore Refrigerator, Frigidaire Wall Oven so no more bending over, Ceiling fan in master bedroom.
No water leaks ever, Plumbing in tip top shape, Electrical in great shape, I just want to move to Washington State.

We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully.
