"This is a truly family oriented place. Tustin Ranch specially is best versus Tustin. Newer places. More expensive but nicer. There are some really mice older neighborhoods in Tustin but it borders Santa Ana which has medium crime "

"Truly a safe area. Great place to raise children. Schools are great. Crime is very low. Can walk at night safely and not worry about crime. Total opposite of like Santa Ana. Where it’s very dangerous w drugs prostitutes gangs carjackings. "

"People ar always out walking their dogs. Most of the neighbors know each other and their respective dogs by name. for the owners with smaller dogs it seems poop isn't always picked up but overall it's OK. "

"It’s fantastic. I mean really fantastic. One of the greatest communities in Orange County. Work where you must, but live and shop in Tustin. Go Knights! North Tustin is really top notch. Super safe, beautiful homes, access to pretty much everything you need within 10 minutes."
