Near Crookshank Elementary, Sebastian Middle School and St. Augustine High School. A couple of miles from SJRSC. About 10 minutes from downtown. City water and lawn maintenance included.

Owners pays for city water and lawn maintenance. Renter pays electric and any other utilities. Landlord carries rental insurance to cover the dwelling. But renter should be advised to carry insurance to cover their belongings.
